[ What currency is the store in? ]

The store is in USD.

[ Does my order come with tracking? ]

Orders within Canada come free with tracking, while international orders do not. You may add tracking to your cart if you are located in the US. If you are located outside the US or Canada and would still like tracking, please contact the store with your name and order number. A personalized invoice with additional cost for tracking will be sent to you, although it can be quite expensive.

[ What is the expected delivery time? ]

Usually deliveries take between 6-12 business days from when they are shipped. However due to the holidays and ongoing postal strike, delivery may take longer. We're very sorry for the possible delays, and thank you for your patience!  

[ What happens if my order is lost? ]

You can contact the store and we will inquire at the post office, but we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local post office or mail courier to check your packages whereabouts. If you live in the US, adding tracking is an option.

[ What do I do if my order is wrong or damaged? ]

Please contact the store with your name, order number, and photos of the incorrect or damaged items. 

NOTE: All charms and stands come with a protective film, which may make the item appear scratched or cloudy. Once the film is peeled off, the item should look normal. If the item still has damage, please contact the store. 

[ Can I combine orders to save on shipping? ]

If you have placed separate orders and wish to combine them, please contact the store with your name and order numbers. You will be refunded shipping on all but one of them, and they will be mailed to you together in one package. 

[ What if I order items that are preorder as well as non preorder items - will they be shipped separately? ] 

If your purchase includes a preorder item, it will not be shipped until the preorder items are completed production. 

[ Is shipping to the UK available? ]

Unfortunately for now, it is not. If you place an order for the UK, it will be refunded.
